Subject: Bobby & Me
Harley wanted the box and wasn’t impressed when he saw Bobby having a sleep. Kids went out and bought the little wollen poffy thingo yesterday for Bobby. Elf found a box for Bobby to sleep in.
Bobby and I have already swept the veranda this morning. He had fun playing with the broom head as I swept. Me I have fun with Bobby….lol
If I could have 2 wishes the first would be for Pat to be healthy and the second would be to have a puppy/dog.
So I’ll just keep on loving everyone else’s puppy/dogs as if they were mine.

Tess’s favourite toy at the moment is a quacking duck toy :) She’s only allowed it under supervision otherwise she pulls the stuffing out – you gotta make sure it’s dead, after all. She looks like an English pointer when she’s wandering around with a duck in her mouth.

Thanks, he flaked it for about 2 hours and the elf picked out the quilt cover. Needs washing and putting away until next winter. But the nights are cool enough still for me to use it.

Wish I knew that news this morning, but I guess daddy wasn’t to know this.
I went out when they left for some retail therapy…… $10 in fuel, punnet of zucchini and pumpkins…….feel better for it….lol

The lad was over again for the day and was collected at 4.45 by mum.
Today he learnt to pave in an area we’re going to keep a table out the back.
Finished off the compost area from last week.
Helped clean out the kitty litter bowl by playing tug of war with the cleaning rag.
Watched me dust the rumpus room in between dozing.
Played chasy with Mrs. Maggie
Boy he knows his way around the backyard now.
Not here tomorrow….I’m knackered………………

Well the little lad is back here while mummy & daddy are at work…… they did an emergency trip to the vet this arvo…he had a spear grass down his ear. $170 later they called in to pick up some packing tape as they are moving in 3 weeks.
Kids are worried about him on his own out the back while they are at work. Me I get to have a puppy while playing out the back….so I am happy.
Kids are renting a house in Mawson Lakes (owner was her bridesmaid in the wedding) as Jayne moved to Darwin with her young family. Kids will look after the house for a few years (and save an even bigger deposit for their own house) so everyone wins.

Excellent news there Lucky, we have had the fortune in the past to score good accommodation from friends with the plan to save a better deposit. It does improve everything I found. Well done.
