Any solutions to getting rust off my Bay Tree?

I have repotted it, and placed it in a sunnier location, but I need something to get rid of the rust. Any ideas?

I know nothing about rust, but if it’s like what happens to nails etc, what about putting it in a windier location as well?

Never too late until the roots rot…but if there’s good circulation the rust will struggle, I’m sure…can you build up the health of the plant as well?

I meant, if there’s good air circulation, surely the rust will struggle?

I’m trying, it’s in an airy(er) position, and has fresh soil, been watered with seasol….
