We seem to have missed the heaviest rain here. The prediction wa for two inches of rain here today, but I think it’s going to be more like one inch.

We had 20mm to 9.00am this morning. It’s rained very gently through the day. We’ve had no wind and no wild or heavy rain. The far South West of Victoria (including us) has just had lovely Spring rain.

Mount William, in the Grampians went 62mm overnight and another 15mm over the day today. It hasn’t even been windy up there, but the usual standards for up there.

We count 30km/hr as basically no wind.

Our Big Winds come from the North. There is a lot of land before you hit the sea at the top of Australia in that direction.

When I first spoke about this the wind was from the NE. Now it is from the SW. In that short time it has completely swung around. Still going about the same speed.
