Subject: help with mcafee please

I’ve just renewed my subscription and it seems I have 3 phones covered and I only have 1 phone.
I don’t understand the SM-(lots of numbers) bit.
How do I know which is the current phone one?
What do these numbers mean?

also, how do I identify the laptops from the numbers?
one is listed as a desk top and one as a laptop. I do have two laptops.
