North Korean leader Kim Jong Un says his country’s ultimate goal is to possess the world’s most powerful nuclear force at the launch of his country’s largest ballistic missile.
he announcement comes after Mr Kim inspected a test of the country’s new Hwasong-17 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), and pledged to counter US nuclear threats with nuclear weapons.
He said building the nuclear force was for reliably protecting the dignity and sovereignty of the state and its people.
“Its ultimate goal is to possess the world’s most powerful strategic force, the absolute force unprecedented in the century,” he said.
He called the Hwasong-17 the “world’s strongest strategic weapon” and said it demonstrated North Korea’s ability to eventually build the world’s strongest army.

There’s always a very slight chance that Kim will lose interest in nuclear missiles and will instead get into organic vegie gardening and will make vegie gardening available for everyone everywhere.

I suppose the magic is all in the cone is it, but reckons the explosives chemistry people have been working on maximizing the explosive for purpose a long time now, the explosion of the explosive, the explosive explosion, optimizing the bang, the pow!, the take that!, that breakies stuff, or whatever to generate heat, intense radiation maybe, there’s often an unfriendliness involved

My daddy, who once did it for King/Queen and country, taught me the first elements of things that explode.
And the very, very first thing i learned is that explosions are impartial. They don’t give a hoot who they kill. They are not friendly, or unfriendly, they just don’t care who’s there at the time. If you don’t want it to be you, never cut corners.

certainly not impartial when they are pointed at the unfriendly, and aren’t much effective if you can’t put them where they do the intended damage

Yes.
You take an innocent piece of camp-stove fuel, a chunk of hexamine, add some nitrogen molecules to it, et voila cyclotrimethalinetrinitramine, also known as C4, Composition B, and i can’t remember what else, a high explosive with, IIRC, a gas-expansion rate of 26,000 fps.
Yet it still makes excellent camp-stove fuel.
