Subject: status-neutral hobbies, and otherwise

be interested to hear, or read about peoples ideas to do with status and hobbies, the status of whatever hobby

as a thought experiment i’d ask you give some words to what you consider are the lowest status hobbies a person might have, and the highest status hobbies, approach the subject humorously if you like

but, more to the core of the proposition, i’d be interested in the status of status neutral hobbies, hobby neutrality, how accommodating you are that way, really

and further to it, what you think about the unshared dimension of hobbies, necessity for or otherwise

let’s say hypothetically, as a starter, that I collect bottle caps, it’s the only hobby I have

would you be neutral about that

My uncle Ian used to carry a case of beer home most nights. he would sit in the little back room and drink it. when they went to sell the house after grandfather died the floor was covered in bottle caps a few inches thick. Was that a collection?

the money and tech, the tech-money will, are conspiring to detach people from even the simplest physics of the world, and the most basic good sense from, banished, vanished, obliviated

and it all starts with that phenomenon of having no memory of what you never did, and no memory of the thought you never had, what could have been done, lost

and time goes by, you’re faced with either the shock of what you should have done, or letting it fade, continue to fade

and in that it is a trauma of sorts, consciousness shaped by trauma, ignored, ignorance, memory shaped so, distorted

Low status hobbies?

How about receiving misdirected mail?

You should see my email spam collection.

I’m thinking of collecting clickbait as well.
