Subject: TLC for kii - as suggested by Arts the Wise (Australia demands their kii back from the US)

So kii I am hoping that 2023 will be a little bit better for you. You have such a depth of grief because you had such a profound connection with mr kii. Some folks never get that. And it is rightly so that the grief will be overwhelming for some time to come. This is totally normal when you lose a great love, best friend and companion.

Your loss is so profound and Jim was such an amazing man. I always admired him for what he said and did for you. There’s no getting over such a heartbreak, I know.

The grief won’t go but hopefully you will have a minute or so of respite here and then.

I know it is too much to move from the US back to Australia so I am sending TLC and also a cute FB video!

https://fb.watch/hMsRbMsdWB/?mibextid=v7YzmG

Also henceforth and forthwith I demand that the US return you to us. They don’t appreciate you enough and they have gone mad.

Australia has first dibs on you, and on behalf of Australians everywhere I demand you back!

There’s folks that care and folks that would help if they could.

I am, as always, good as the light comedic relief in the background. So I have your back on that.

Other folks have other skills…

I will also add some serious disco ABBA inspired vibes later on in the day.

There’s no getting over this I know. So I don’t want you to think that I make light of such a profound grief at all. I am just being my weird, freaky, funny little self.

IDK about TLC but one thing that will be harder to come by in Australia than in NM is THC.

I suggested no such thing… I suggested that one of us can help if kii needs us to, so she isn’t so overwhelmed with all the documentation stuff.. kii specifically said no to a thread, so I think this is over stepping the mark..

I wish kii well and I wish her strength and she will get through this time and decide what she decides because this is her lived experience.

I am glad to see we are looking at all the pros and cons of living and being in America and living in Australia re weed.

I think that weed will be quite easily found in Australia – but it could be a con.

I still demand the return of kii, and no negotiations will be entered into. We need her back here.

Apparently you can do a phone consultation and get a medical marijuana certificate in Australia. The problem is supply. The other problem is the cost. They charge like wounded mallee bulls. It is cheaper to buy it from the dealer and make the tinctre yourself.

In Western Australia (WA), the prescribing and supply of all medicinal cannabis products must comply with the Medicines and Poisons legislation, in the same way as other S4 and S8 medicines. All cannabis for medicinal use must be prescribed by a medical practitioner. Recreational cannabis remains illegal.

And then there’s this..

The representative of the Holy See observed: “If exemptions were made in favour of certain ethnic groups, there would be nothing to prevent certain organizations of hippies from trying to make out, on religious grounds, that their consumption of psychotropic substances was permissible.”

So don’t go to see especially the holy one.

That on the sixth day, God created the seeded herb and on the seventh he rested.
We revered the sixth day and used it to honor the seeded herb.

The CBN CBD and other cannabinoids are what you want for pain and sleep inducment. THC makes you think too much.

This is such an Australian response.

Thread of support for kii!

Oh man she’s suffering so much she probably needing drugs to self medicate that pain…

cue discussion on the pros and cons of drug availability US vs Au because her terrible loss and terrible pain requires extra support.

Not exactly how I hoped that this thread would go but it is a really Australian response – so I am amused.

Other suggestions for coping with grief without using budget rate marijuana could be contributed to the thread – even beautiful images for kii to look at.

Or a we want you back as you belong to us. Those Americans don’t deserve kii.

I will come back with ABBA, Star Trek and disco and perhaps a delicate blend of the three.

Those are things that you enjoy, I find them trite and boring.

kii I can see why with all that you have on your plate at this time why you would find them trite and boring.

I am sorry about this. In many complex situations you can’t say a lot of things. So making jokes around certain things is not saying things that may not be helpful/useful.

It wasn’t meant to be mean or unkind.

I was trying to be supportive.

I am sorry that I hurt your feelings.
