I was going to suggest that if you were at the airport and we have to go pretty much past it on the way to BG’s, we would take you with us. We would be more than happy to do this. But, our lives are so up in the air so to speak with GS , anything could happen to thwart our trip. Closer to the time, whenever that will be, we will know more.

Feb has changed a bit for me now. MrBL wants to take his leave then but not go that far. I’ll swing it if I have to but if there is another time that suits everyone a big group would be really good.

Time is only part of the problem bubba…finances are the biggest issue, especially since we’ve just forked out for the ride-on mower. So it would be best to not factor me into the planning. Sorry

Hubby can arrange a couple days off, and apart from life’s other event’s happening, things should go ok for us to attend.
I’ll find out tonight exactly which week MrBL’s planning on taking. I can always go to both in one month. lol

once upon a time, in a quest to see what my true resting heart rate was, I wore a HRM for 24 hours. I scared myself when I read my results, in my deepest period of sleep, sometime between 0150h and 0220h, my heart rate was 21 to 26bpm… ai ai ai. Today, because I do not ride as much, my resting HR is a lot higher and closer to the norm.
A slow heart rate is supposed to be better than a fast rate but just how slow is slow enough? I’d say 21 is about as low as you can get without it stopping. D has a very slow HR (around 40pm) but he has an enormous BP (around 220) if he doesn’t take pills. He and I both just about live with a BP machine hanging off our arms. It so boring.

My resting HR is 36 bpm. Nothing to do with my fitness level though, it’s to do with my metabolism – thyroid function.
Long as I keep breathing..
We ar trying to work out my thyroid medication dosage now that I don’t have one. Hence the panicy Doctor.
