Yeah he’s not god in court, the magistrate or judge is and would be remiss to not enforce etiquette others would be subject to.
You can be locked up even if your charges don’t warrant imprisonment if you act like a tool in court (in Australia at least, in the USA you probably get a tv series)

The judge specifically ordered him not to continue this rant while the case was proceeding. SonTrump went back to Florida and said exactly the same shit. Di Santos has claimed that Florida is a sovereign state. Everything can only go arse up for Trump from here on.

Worthwhile remembering that there are at least three more sets of charges looming.

In Georgia, charges are expected in relation to his efforts to suborn officials to overturn the 2020 election results. Likely charges are conspiracy to commit election fraud, criminal solicitation to commit election fraud and intentional interference with performance of election duties.

There’s an ongoing investigation by the DOJ in relation to the Jan 6 insurrection. Possible charges are corruption of an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to make a false statement and inciting or aiding an insurrection.

Also at the Federal level he may be charged over his improper removal, failure to return and unauthorised transmission of classified documents that were stored at Mar-a-Lago, though this case is earlier in development than the other two and may be more than a year away from charges being laid.

There is a civil suit by NY attorney general in relation to hundreds of millions of dollars of fraud by Trump personally and by his organisations. This case will not see court before October this year.
