Make zuchinni cake and freeze ? I make this one minus the glaze and sliced thin, lightly buttered and I use walnuts instead of pistachios.

The only soup I know how to make is zucchini and onion soup – it’s just zucchini, onion, and cream. Served with pepper – it’s subtle, but I like it :)

Ohhhh lol
i have a zucchini patty recipe.
how the heck did they manage to hide?
Oh, I last night I used a peeler to make strips with them. Threw in a frypan with some oil, mushrooms, sesame seeds and warmed through/light stir fry.
Put a nice tomato sauce over the top – yummo!

sounds yummy… we used to use a heavy duty peeler/mandolin thingo to thinly slice tapioca root and then deep fry them like crisps!
