And I can’t help the feeling that I’ve missed about half of the early ones.
Deliberately excluded are predicted religious apocalypses such as the Mayan calendar scare, and ridiculous ones like invasion by Martians.

but the problem that remains was that I’d panic-purchased
crumby single ply TP that kept getting pushed to the REAR in favor
of the fluffier more absorbent 2 ply embossed brands … but I’m still reluctant
to FLUSH the CRAPPY stuff for fear that COVID will return and bite me in the rear.
