The USA has already snaffled all of Russia’s highly enriched uranium. All 200 tons worth. During Obama’s reign.

And at the same time the USA has updated all it’s H-bombs to run on lithium (unlimited lifetime) rather than tritium (13 year half life so now totally useless).

Russia has been so raped of nuclear technology by the USA that it probably now has a smaller strategic arsenal than China.

Also remember that it was the USA (a nasty advisor to Trump) that cancelled the Russian nuclear demilitarisation.

I’m fairly sure their nuclear tech is more than OK.

As an aside, the reported shipping of ~100k shells from Putin’s bestie in NK will not likely have significant impact: it’s got to get to the front through Russian’s crappy logistics network and also needs to be actually usable. Assuming that, its a few week supply. Hopefully Ukrainian partisans/SoF – or long range strike – will hit it on its way to the front line.
