I take Vitamin D capsules now and then, when I remember to, since the advice in Tasmania still seems to be to take them, at least in winter.

Different vitamin here Vitamin E

I hadn’t realised until today that pistachio nuts are high in vitamin E.
There have been a couple of times in my life when I’ve needed pistachio nuts to make me feel better. Could be a link.
