There were no ancient Europeans in Norway and Sweden.
Because it was too cold for them.

I would expect Sarah’s DNA to say a lot of Scot and French with some English, Irish, German, Scandinavian, and just a little north American Indian and a chance of a little African. I could see a bit of Negro features in Scott’s born in Kentucky father.

a specialist MS clinic opened last year in Hobart. So that’s convenient.

Tasmania is an MS hot spot. some conjecture about it being vit D related. but so is Townsville. So I am not sure about that logic.
