Most of you will know most of this heat stroke information previously. I am sad to say that I was ignorant of quite a lot of it. Any of the simple examples they give out about ordinary people dying in quite mundane activities could have been me.

I just thought I would put this here as you might have vulnerable folks you know who you might want to educate about heat stroke which apparently kills more people than floods, hurricanes, and fire combined.

The audiobook is really quite good. Highly recommended.
