Why is emotional control too difficult?

The main solution is emotional control, as in having enough emotional intelligence to be able to control emotions.

Why couldn’t that woman say her partner did not have enough emotional control to stop becoming emotionally violent to stop becoming physically violent?

Emotional awareness leads to emotional control which leads to emotional intelligence so in real life someone with emotional intelligence would be less likely to become violent.

When will main stream media talk about this side of violence?
