it did very well, I was impressed too. Had the genny going this morning to keep the fridge cool, watch a bit of teev and cook some toast… oh and re-charge the mac.

yasi was a very big news story – as well as a very big clod circle on the map.
i was trying to imagine a clod mass big enough to scare the pants off all of europe at once. i failed to imagine such a thing.

although there traditional house is a cracker, no damage to that at all. we just wouldn’t have slept with them being so far away… they are still in their bessa brick bunker. They’re not going outside until the wind is gone!
