I too have other things to do that are more interesting or necessary.

Seems like a repeat of a couple years ago.

Swans just forget how to play when Bubblecar is watching.

Brisbane are just too good today. They are controlling the ball in the midfield and setting up their forwards with marks an set shots. They seem to be able to get the ball off the Swannies far too easily.

Pretty impressive for a team to have 100 points on the board already with still a quarter to play.

Three quarter time but let’s face it, it’s all over.

Swans putting in another hopeless bozo performance. Lions looking splendid in comparison.

The Lions displayed superior ball skills, more effective tactics and better organisation.

Their dominant possession of the ball enabled many more chances.

My analysis…

Brisbane controlled the mid-field. Combination of skills, discipline, tackling effort, tactics etc. When the ball was in the mile of the ground Brisbane managed to get loose men to kick it forward and set up their forwards with opportunities for marks and set shots at goal. When Sydney had the ball in the middle of the ground they were always under pressure and kicking to a contest. Brisbane just managed time and again to get the ball back and turn defence into attack.
