I’ll take their word for it. With my excess weight, arthritis, foot and back problems etc, standing on one leg* is not a sensible lark.

*for longer than may be strictly necessary.

Having torn the two major tendons in left foot, it isn’t real good at it. Right foot suffers also from that overweight problem mentioned above.

Yes there is a huge difference but I’m guessing eyes open.

Yes there is a huge difference but I’m guessing eyes open.

And it depends if you have been practising. I used to practise that, but I haven’t done it for a while. And the tap dancing I used to do also helped with things like that because you stand on one leg and tap the other.
