I imagine so.

I don’t use it myself
It’s somewhat lazy which is probably as much a worry as it stealing jerbz.
Have those scenarios were machines run everything and humans have lost all critical skills

What if AI took over Trump’s telepromter?

Would we notice?

Would any form of intelligence be an improvement?

A bug could make better choices.

These AI are considered low key aren’t they ?

Not some self aware AI that goes rogue ?

More job replacement and dumbing down people

Imagine a larger than life AI character.

Larger than Trump.

AI does speed up obtaining information.
Therefore it is reasonable to say that AI speeds up obtaining knowledge.

One example
Two questions to Google
Annual rainfall Ballarat
Annual rainfall Creswick

Gave me some information to turn into knowledge that Ballarats Annual is slightly wetter than Creswick by 40mm.

693mm Ballarat
653mm Creswick

People need to consider the details that lie behind AI that lead up to a decision.

One of the concerns I have with AI is accurate information, or reliable information.

With so much misinformation and disinformation going on, accurate validation is becoming more important .

AI being used for crime is another concern. So AI will be used to fight crime as well.

AI will speed up accessing information.
Knowledge should be obtained at a faster rate.
Validation will become more important.

How will Google respond to this question?

Is trump responsible for U.S. airports being empty?

Trump is furious over 21 billion airport loss of revenue.

Not quite up to that question yet.

Does Trump’s tariffs have anything to do with it?

No, not the tariffs.

The insults to Canada about becoming a state. Canadians are one fo the biggest chunk of visitors.
The isolated reports of the seemingly arbitrary detainment and deportation of people arriving
The general feeling of insult from wealthy travelers from Europe and the prosperous parts of east Asia.

Fascism showing its ugly face.

Would it be fair to say then that fascism has emptied U.S. airports.

it is the Trump politics that is the deciding factor no doubt.

But it depends how you define fascism I guess
Trump’s faction is neither progressive, nor conservative, neither atheist nor Christian.. and so on. If you want to define protectionist, isolationist and ethno-nationalist as ‘fascist’ then go right ahead.

Coincidentally, New Scientist has an article about “agent AIs”, which are supposed to do all our boring tasks for us, like ordering a takeaway meal, or paying accounts on-line. In summary, they weren’t impressed because they needed so much feedback to make sure they were getting things right they didn’t actually save any time. Also security of bank account passwords etc was a real worry.

So it looks like it will be another 5 years.

What a surprise.
