Fast for 16, eat for 8

All we know is that when we ate during workdays we got gradually more massive
and since the Great Pandemic Of Wuhan started and we didn’t eat during workdays but tried to make up the double meal volume afterwards, we got less massive.

If talking hours that would be probably meals 12 hours apart.

Disclaimer that work wouldn’t involve just sitting around on our arses so maybe we just ran around more.
