I’m a bit obsessed with donkeys lately.

Is this thread about Argentine cooking?

Pug photos will happen tomorrow. The two visitors are running around the house and we are trying to get them to settle down and go to bed. We intend to take them to the bakery for breakfast in the morning before my brother goes back to Melbourne. I’ll try to remember to take the camera with us and take some Cafe Pug pictures.

Forgot the camera. But they are here for 3 weeks, so there is plenty of time. My brother has headed back, so now we have two Pugs searching the house. They will settle down.

Here are Reuben and Tully (with the collar). They are littermates. Reuben is the sensible one. Tully is a bimbo.

He was inside in his beanbag having a catchup nap after going to the bakery for breakfast (and being pushed back home in his “chariot”). He’s pretty much ignoring these two.

I was friends with a donkey called Brownie. He always was very chatty with me. I child call out and he would always fund me.

All I’m trying to do is plug in my phone and the dog’s trying to chew my ear.

It’s a lot more structured when we walk them than when my brother walks them. They are both on fixed length leads and before long they will know how to heel properly and to sit at roadsides. He’s got an extendable lead for Tully and he lets Reuben off. I would not ever do that. He lives in Ivanhoe in Melbourne. I told him while they are with us, they comply with our rules…if you are off-property, you are on-lead. Far too many trucks around here. There’s half an acre for free running in the backyard.

Are you sure that Hei Long is milling? He doesn’t appear to move very much in these two photos.

They mill. He just stands about being demented. He is more than twice their age. I’m not sure he is even noticing them much.

All of them attended my showering. Hei Long has always done that, he likes to get under the towel on the rack and peer out from underneath it. The others just came to see what was going on.

Zeus attended my showering. The shower is open, no door. He wandered to the edge and drank water, sniffed the non-slip bath mat, chewed the corner of the floor mat, and is now doing zoomies around the house.

I meant to say when you posted…my cousin’s husband (ex mine clearer with PTSD) had a beautiful black lab service dog who went pretty much everywhere with D. He was Zeus. He died a few months ago. I don’t know how D is managing without him or if he will get another service dog. Zeus was very good for D.

This Zeus is a bit derpy. Derpy is cute but not good for service dogs.
