Subject: buffy's stretches

For MV: Many years ago when I was doing ridiculous things like a couple of aerobics classes, a couple of 5-6km jogs and a 10km jog each week, I bought a book of stretches. I’ve selected the ones I like best and I still use them.

This is the book:

Lower back stretches:

General everyday routine:

……….

I’m selective. There are some that my body has never been able to do.

Nice resource. A physio I saw in Cruces had me doing some of those after the Airport Knee Incident. I still do them, occasionally.

Lying down to stand stronger: 10 minutes of simple floor exercises a day could improve balance and agility

Don’t feel like standing up for a workout? No problem, you can still get a good workout that helps improve static standing balance, flexibility, and agility, all while lying on your back with your head facing up.

Very interesting. I didn’t notice this thread last week as I was too busy picking up lumps off the ground, tractoring and making a fire which has resulted in my CNSLBP flaring up. I’ll give some of the stretches a go..

.. I think I can just about manage a no 9
