I started this thread because the poor medical care Casey received for postpartum psychosis caught my attention. The quality of medical care for women is a major factor in many countries, especially the USA.

Yep. Then there are the pain issues such as endometriosis. I grew up with an older sister who had it and the denial of the pain by our family doctors. Serious physical and mental health issues over many years. Which severely impacted her relationships with her family, especially me. She couldn’t have children, and i could.
The repercussions ripple out for years.

It is so frustrating that endometriosis, with such terrible chronic pain, which can be treated, is not taken seriously by male doctors. The lack of diagnosis, treatment and management ruins so many lives. It is so unnecessary. Such a terrible waste.
