Subject: Hedley's Dahlias

An impressive show. Apparently he used to have paddocks of them but at 91 can only do so much now. He also lost some due to the unusual wet summer.

Fabulous Beeg. What a stunning collection. I think I love the perfection of the pompom ones the best. So many colours in dahlias now.

some of them were huge! dinner plate size! yet some were small and dainty too. It was hard to get some perspective on the big ones.
