That’ll be the day, that I knit booties. Hubby sent them congrats messages and telling his daughter to take it easy and don’t do anything too strenuous. He didn’t tell me that!! LOL

I’m in the same boat. My son and his wife are expecting their second child so I’ll not only have two grandchildren but also my first grandson. Thought it would never happen.

If they’re opposite genders, it should work. I’ve noticed if the second child is the same gender as the first, especially with girls, you can get obvious sibling rivalry…

Is that why my two couldn’t stand each other? They are much better now but we had to wait a long time.

Not at all RB, that’s great news, especialy when you thought it ‘would never happen’ :D In my daughters instance both the young couple have fertility problems, so I thought it would never happen either. Mind, the bub has to get here yet. It’ll be my 4th grandchild.

Had our 20 week ultrasound scan, we are having another girl!!!
