I’ve recorded it on foxtel and Mr BG may be able to transfer it to DVD. I was shown by Channel 9 so their website would be a good place to start to see if it in on the net.
Ok thanks BG, I’ll look on their site
It is a series so part 2 will be on next Monday.
Oh ok, I’ll put a reminder in my calander then.
I can’t find part one to watch it though. It’s not in the ‘available to download’ list.

How much is there out there that we will never know about? TV has enabled us to know a lot more but a few 1 hour shows can’t possibly cover everything no matter how incredible they are. Who would have thought that lizards would be so diverse? Makes you stop and think don’t it?
He can’t retire………………who’s left to fill his shoes?

they are still discovering new species just about every day.
It will certainly be difficult for anyone to fill his shoes, although he does have a very skilled and experienced team behind him that do most of the hard work these days (I believe) but his style of presentation is very individual. But you never know, there maybe some young talent out there just waiting for his chance.

Yes !
And those Oz dessert frogs that lay in wait underground for years for rain :)
Yes – I was watching and couldn’t pick the most amazing or my favourite one! They just kept coming! I recorded it so can have pleasure of watching it again. Loved also the dad frog with his nursery in the tree-top bromeliads. He had to go and get mum to feed one but it didn’t really say (or I missed it) exactly what sort of secretion she was able to provide for their feed.

I can’t get over how they can film underground hatchings, wonderful camera work, excellent timing, it’s amazing. It must take a LONG time to put together a programme like this.
