Yes, the kids went 3rd with me and he’s so happy…lol

This the one he got….just like the one that died….we had an awesome run with it and was so pleased to get the same one again.

Last week I was bopping along on the treadmill at the gym and reading a magazine as I bopped. The magazines was called “Running”. It dealt with things like ‘How to escape the NZ earthquake by outrunning it’ or… ‘Train for a 10km funrun by running 13 kms each day’.

Anyhow these mags do occasionally do recipes for health food and other health tips. One said that coffee was full of antioxidants. Elf probably knew this and just disguised it with superb taste so youse two could be healthy together for longer.
