Subject: New in the garden

I have something new in the garden:D

Rocket…… seems to have come up almost over night.

Planted it out last weekend.

rocket comes up here on its own so i would recommend you let some go to seed.
i’ve planted some ‘mary washington’ asparagus for the first time. (not doing so well)

rocket comes up here on its own so i would recommend you let some go to seed.
i’ve planted some ‘mary washington’ asparagus for the first time. (not doing so well)

You got me started on the rocket:D

The seeds wont be any good because there’s zucchini growing near it.

Yes it would! I once had crossbred rockmelon x pumpkin- definitely not to be desired! I think any cucurbits need to be grown in separate areas…

Well the tree isn’t new but the buds are! :)

This Firewheel tree lives in the corner of my vegie area and is nice to be under in almost all weather. Just far enough away from the house to be out of earshot of the phone too!
