Anyway, I thought i’d better check in here and report in to the non-FB people in my life. Thanks for the thread BG (((hug))))!

Been out to dinner with eleven lovely wimmin, actually.

Flowers delivered to work (1) from the chap I’m having a fling with and (2) my sister who lives in Canberra.

Dinner was gorgeous, friend shouted my meal. More flowers from boss & male colleague who weren’t invited to the female-only dinner. Flowers from another friend. Potted succulent from another (yay! A plant that will live!).

And had a tissue-wrapped bottle pressed into my flower-filled arms as I left the restaurant – bottle of vodka!

Older son texted and wished me happy 1000000th birthday ;)

Spectacularly lovely day :)

Am feeling loved and extremely lucky to have so many lovely, kind, thoughtful, caring people in my life.

Well, not a rev as such, but a note that I am conspicuously absent. Fact is, i’m flat out.
Anyway, gotta go flog these mongrel goats and belt some eggs out of these flamin chooks.
