Have any of you read this book? and do you think it is helpful to others apart from the author and publishers?

I’ve read it. I found it useful for “getting out of my head” and focusing on other things. “Being in my head” is a symptom of depression, where you don’t see any bigger picture, the forest for the trees and a whole bunch of other cliches.

I’ve sold many copies of this, people seem to like it. I haven’t read it
D A, thankyou, so do you think it could be harmful to anyone with mental problems, or unresolved personal issues?
kii, thankyou, have you had any comments from any of your customers?
I couldn’t answer that, sorry. All I know is that it helped me. Hmm, I should read it again…
D A, thankyou for your feed back.

Not that I remember :/ Unless a customer impresses me with their gobsmackingly absurd behaviour, I tend to forget them
