Fertility? Are they studying people with mobile phones next to their reproductive bits i.e. in a pocket?

Also, were mobile phone signals stronger in the early days? I recall some preliminary research suggesting mobile phones may contribute to brain cancer but the only people who had been using them for some time were businessmen who tended to be stressed and ill anyway.
