Hi all……

Seeing that they have invented Deoderant, I know longer need my bathtub.

Anyhoo, i have a bathtub and was wondering what you inventive folk may use one for?
I saw on GA, Josh used one for a worm farm. It’s kind of ugly with its eggy 1970’s colour scheme.
(What were People thinking back then) 74 was a good year.
Anyone else have any other ideas that they can throw around??????

and to all the replies, many thanks in advance.

Ps. I love my hot LOW FLOW high pressure shower………LOL

I use one as a pond for my ducks. Also good as a super-sized plant pot.

this is two old bathtubs – they have been levelled on sand and then i used rubble (broken bricks, stone etc) in mortar to wall in the sides and topped the walls with reused slate. – welcome to pepes ponds. they have to be filled by hand. they are home to numerous amphibians, fish, dragonflies and water plants. they also attract birds in this drought year.

That’s the sort of thing I want to do with my old bath tub.. but for the past year or so it’s just a sort of alternative work of art parked in my front garden :D

I used a bathtub to build a fish tank on a stand for a mate. Just a timber frame to support the tub. He breeds fish and it’s outside away from direct sun. Got a solar pump in it. He loves it.
