Reminds me of the way people in Melbourne used to walk at 6:15 pm after the pubs shut, during the 6:00 pm closing era, and they were walking around looking for their cars.
Walk sideways, yes, thats it, you’ll go faster that way…
No, no, I said sideways.
morrie, did you spend some time in Melbourne in the early 60’s?
I’ll have to get one of those. It would fit perfectly with my equipment for the entertainment of my clients.

No bob, why?
1) When the slinky goes onto the side, how does it get back onto the treadmill?
2) Who watched til the end?

because you seem to have been a walking coach by your observations.

I think this would make a monster thread in sssf.
I didn’t watch it to the end. Damn, now I will have to go back and do watch it again and I have stuff to do.
Some people are like Slinkies – No apparent use, but it’s fun to push them down the stairs and watch.

morrie feel free to post it :-)

My guess is that it was just lucky :)
2) Who watched til the end?
Me, but I’m drinking a slow cup of tea.
The side rails are higher and would make the next flip angle back onto the tredmill.

My slinky toy arrived today. I will try it out on one of my conveyors in the next few days and see how it goes. All going well, I will have a video up on YouTube within a week. I can do slow motion, so that might be interesting.
