After viewing a few of these on the net what would be the best equipment to set one up? I think someone in Scribbly set one up with pretty good results, the one that was running on Sea Eagle Cam was excellent.

You ask what do I want to film, well when I retire to my redoubt I want to set up some remote cameras to see what fellow creatures are sharing my part of the Universe.
Hehe, interesting that certain night cameras are not reccomended because they just set the critters up for predation.

state SOP – link should open a pdf
I typed that link into my browser Neo and it said it was an invalid url.
OK got it to work now.
works for me – open in new tab in firefox and hey presto – SOP 5.2 for remote operation of cameras (DEC)
seriously, though, You should be canny about critters if you wish to set up a camera. I know wildlife filmographers who do this professionally, and they’re very knowledgeable about their subjects. Some set-ups can disturb animals, other set-ups just will capture nothing…

I dont normally trust an internet connected computer to hold the copied information without changing it before pasting it and taking you to a different site for commercial or nefarious purposes, I’m not paranoid but I’ve copied urls with decapod%%% in them and ended up at an internet prawn site. You’ve got to be careful Wookie.
