Subject: Annoying knee

Lifted from the Chat thread because people asked for it. This is Rule 303’s answer to my question a couple of days ago. I perched on the kitchen table last night with a long scarf tied to the table leg and did the exercise and whether I imagined it or not, the knee is not as annoying today. I’ll do the exercises again tonight.

I’ve got this odd thing happening with my left knee where if I tuck my foot up on the wheel strut of the computer chair it sort of locks in place. I can do my stretches. I can bend and weed the garden. It sort of pulls behind the knee as I bend down. It’s variable. If I take an anti-inflammatory there is no effect. It’s just odd!

My best guess is Popliteus muscle.

Should be an easy fix, if it is.
