I reckon that it would not be hard to convince the general public in USA that Australia is actually an entirely separate planet.

I send them a correction, pointing out that they’d listed Austria instead of Australia, but I’m not holding my breath that they’ll take any notice.

It’s the sort of thing that needs a hate campaign against the people responsible for months and months after the event. Just so they know how pissed off we are at it.
