I have chicken. I have veges.

I am thinking either:

chicken and veges in black beans (+ garlic, ginger and chilli) with rice, or chicken and veges in picked, spiced lime, tomatoes and fish sauce with rice.

But there are so many other things I could do.

i could write my own tv series called the wookiezone where every week wookie stalks a different member of a relatively unknown forum

he watches them and discoveres their dark secret that could threaten the earth or unravel the universe, only wookie can save the arth and universe and receives orders from “the voices” a strange paranormal group of deities that informs him that reluctantly due to cut backs that his victims must now die.

throughout the series could be dodging the attention of the police fugitve style as wookie hunts the forum down to the last man (or woman)

the next series could be wookie turning up at “the other forum” and hunting them down too

episode 1

the letter writer

wookie discovers that a forum member is disturbing space and time by sending powerful controlling letters to “the editor” an alien that lives on earth in the guise of a newspaper editor. each letter takes control of the alien and mayhem is released in the locality as temporal effects take their gruesome toll. wookie decides to kill the editor and the letter writer and plans to make it look like a harmless car accident in the tunnel under sydney harbour. the end scene is the car with the letter writer and editor exploding and caving in the tunnel. wookie returns back to the computer to bring his uncomprimising brand of justice to internet forums after narrowly being caught by the police and given a summons to appear in court for a previous murder. wookie receives an email whilst practicing in front of the mirror with pistols that the charge has been dropped and congratulating him on his work. the end scene shows wookie sitting back getting high on stolen prescription drugs nurse jackie style.

I was reading today an article about hillbilly heroin in the Ozarks. Whenever the police raid a meth house they invariably find draws full of pulled apart mobile phones and electric stuff and rocks. For some reason when high they have a fascination with working out electronic gear and collecting stones.

I just mention that cos I never knew that and it is weird so seemed an appropriate post in this thread.

It would be the shared fascination with the workings of electronics and rocks that makes it interesting, something obviously being activated in the brain. Dope stoners dont tend to be preoccupied with pulling things apart they have other fascinations.

Roughy if you have any references to say that police can tell a doper is in the house because of the draws full of pulled apart electric gear and collections of rocks and it is something that they have observed so often it acts as an indicator of the type of drug use going on you might have a point.

WHEN police from Stone County in southwest Missouri raid a meth house, they always find something curious along with the drug paraphernalia, the shell-shocked children and the filth.

Shoved into drawers will be toasters, remote controls and mobile phones, all torn into bits. And almost always, rock collections.

Something in the fixated mind of a methamphetamine addict drives him or her to examine the inner working of electronics, or to fascinate over rocks.

“I had buckets of rocks,” says Savella Elmore, 30, a recovering meth addict of Joplin, Missouri. “I thought they were Indian arrowheads. It turned out they were just rocks.”

primitive peoples tend to worship stones, the meth head could be accessing a different part of the head that makes him more primitive??

have they ever asked them why they pull apart electronics??

i would say that children would have a fascination for taking aprt things. the meth head has no parent saying NO, so the destruction continues.

yeah but.. an obsessive compulsive doesn’t need to be a meth head to do stuff as described.

Which, was my point.

also, you made a difference between meth heads and dopers.. also stoners were mentioned.. like what is simple about such definitions?

My first thought is that they are getting lithium from the electronics stuff.

And probably something else useful to their purpose from the rock collections.

Your silly response that missed the point completely and when you really started to amp up the stupid.

surely they are just getting stoned and pulling things apart.

no.. I was just looking for you to make sense.. you went ramping off.. and made silly comments about different types of druggies with nil relvance to anything.. and ranting on about hippies.. was just a continuance of stepping in a slide zone..

m comment still stands.. they are just getting stoned and pulling things apart.. is less complicated.. quite simple and easy to comprehend.

If that is your perception of what transpired and what is in black and white I will shake my head, bail out and upgrade you to throbber.
