Thank you Veg :)

I got a beautiful ‘time line’ album , a bit like ‘ this is your life’ photo album of my life from when young, getting married, holding babies, me thin, me fat, me thin again lol..moving into our house with it’s yard full of builder’s rubble transformed into a lovely garden, my pet’s over the time ect. It brought me to tears. I didn’t know a thing about it.
I am absolutely stoked :D :D

Yep Happy Mothers Day to all the Mums.

We have an hours drive to my Mums today, then an hour & a half drive to Mr M’s Mum and then an hours drive back home…………………I think we end up in the car longer than we get to see our Mums!!

We have had some lovely rain this morning but I hope it’s not too heavy when we’re on the roads.

Hope the Mums have a lovely day.

I got a lovely handcrafted card, mini-notebook and badge from #2 daughter (although she did not make them herself) and #1 son surprised me with The New Complete Book of Self Sufficiency by John Seymour. Apparently his first edition written about 25 yrs ago has been a big seller. #1 daughter has been too busy packing (moving house tomorrow) to go shopping but says she will get me something later.

Well done HP, Lucky and BG, nice gifts!
I had a lovely lunch and arvo with my offspring and partners, it’s so good to see them. My daughter gave me a bottle of nice wine. My son said “Mum, I didn’t know what to get you so I bought you this”, Opened the boot, and there was a bag of mixed manure ! LOL. Then his GF got my real pressie out – a lovely rose ! (Well, I am a bit short of them !)

A got a block of Rocky Road. LOL

I’d already got a Bokashi a while back as an early pressie so I wasn’t expecting anything.
We went out for dinner tonight as well.

Pom’s coming for a visit tomorrow too.
