Question: “Is blue mould toxic”
Solution: Eat blue mould and note results. If there are adverse results, the mould may be toxic. If not, it may not be.
Err, I just been munching on some food that’s quite covered in blue mould.
In fact, they believe it is so good that they actually use it in their advertising.
Danish Blue…a very moorish cheese.
If I’m dead in the morning I’ll give an update.

Never used to like blue cheese, now I am mad for it and regularly buy it. In my case it is like vegemite, big wodges of it is yuck, less is more.

Aye, although it does depend upon the brand / strength etc. I normally buy the kick arse, pong a room out, send children screaming style, and with this a big hunk can be way too much. The milder cuts I don’t mind a slab on a bit of crusty bread.
I only eat it to keep my arteries in shape.

Thats the way. I like stilton and the crumbly ones, not so much the creamy ones.
