Today for lunch I had…..

Home laid eggs
Organically home grown ….rocket & baby spinach from the backyard. Home made bread…..

And a skinny coke….. have to work on making my own skinny coke…LOL

Now that to me beats a flash meal any day:D

I still think you should be raising chooks for the table, one of my friends up here has just raised 150 chooks to sell to all his mates, and raise some extra spondulas.

Hhhmmmm yeah I remember the chooks when i was a kid……maybe if I climbed “Lofty” while they were being bumped off…Climbed many a hill as a kid when the “deed” was being done.

awesome, you get real organic flavour, and some exercise at the same time… Do you have a friendly local butcher who could dress your chooks for you? Maybe not in the ‘burbs but say maybe out at Two Wells or Virginia, somewhere nearby? Gawler perhaps?

Elf will do the deed if I ask him when we have some roosters in the future….. The 3 chickens out the back have to be around 5 months old now and no strange crowing from the 2 white cross birds…..

Maybe that is a great way to only score hens:) Threaten to chop it off:D
