I watched Jacques Rudolph get out today.
I just now decided to relive it by listening to a replay of the radio commentary, the radio commentary was totally wrong.
1. He was not caught at extra cover he was caught at about silly mid on ie the other side of the wicket.
2. He was not caught driving, he was caught trying to turn one on the leg side.
3. He was not caught by Rob Quiney he was caught by Ed Cowan who looks nothing like Rob Quiney.
You can listen here by clicking on the audio for Jacques Rudolph’s dismissal.

The modern day commentators don’t know what their brief is, I’ll tell them something for nothing, it’s not talking about everything in the world except what is happening right now out in the middle.
Good Day Sirs.

Yeah. Last night I decided to watch a replay of the Perth Wildcats basketball game, the link directed me to a replay of some English rugby league match.
It happens sometimes that the links are matched to the wrong content.

That As it Happened page is about highlights of todays play, so it might just be that the ABC work experience girl has put in the wrong dismissal tape.
I’ll have Conroys balls on a block for this.

Ditto.
Classic style in the classic style of a classical stylist in Tauto, like the Tauto of old, ably assisted aided and helped by his assister and aider at the crease. He came to the crease to score runs by hitting the ball and he has not let his critics down once again with this innings. Reminds me of the great Dennis The Great, who would have made great runs by hitting the ball with the bat here today.
In other news, it has come to light that Cricket commentators are a pack of complete fucking morons who serve only to reinforce something the great wit and scathing social commentator Latte Sipper has been saying since The Invincibles sent the ball boundaryward – Just because someone can throw a hammer or jump a sandpit is no reason to hand them a microphone.

Thats it! Enough is enough. Take the cricket off the radio, I say.
Replace it with some entertainment.
Bad cricket is worse than…. um well it is just as bad as good cricket really, but getting rid of the whole damn thing would be a positive move. I am prepared to pay an extra 20 cents per year.

Then you’d have a huge chunk of Australia wondering what to do with themselves.

Yes. The pot is a 60 cm pot and there is no place to put fingers if a weed grows.
