Can’t think of anything terribly unusual, but probably the worst Christmas I’ve ever received was in the 1970s at the age of 14, when amongst other stuff I got a pair of hot pink shorty pyjamas with purple love hearts all over them.

My sister asked for Tshirts from PETA. One has a pig and says I’m not a schnitzel and another with a chicken that says I’m not a nugget. I don’t know where she got such silly ideas from, it’s not like my parents are related or anything.

As for ones I’ve received, when I was at school my mum liked getting me school supplies. I’d get all excited, thinking I was getting nail polish, and it turned out to be white-out.
