They will just about eat anything, those. I have found them growing wild here, though they aren’t generally listed as a wild species in Oz. In fact I thought that they were P. australis for quite a while until I realised that they weren’t. There is an Agonis tree not too far from here where they come out each year with the first rains. I got them growing on straw, which is a more normal substrate.
