A piece of Fe-Ni meteorite crter ejecta? The rocks look a bit disrupted (but I saw no shatter cones), so it is near a crater, I imagine.
Has anybody used the red-green glasses to view the anaglyph? (I don’t have any.)
I’m pretty sure it’s an ‘anchor point’ or ‘tie down’ for an alien spacecraft…..
