Boeing 707s, are there any still in use carrying passengers, as against freight?
At one stage there the Douglas DC3 had done more passenger air miles than any other A/C, is this still true?
Cheers Bill.

The 707 is still in fairly wide use in Iran, I am lead to believe (Flight Aware).
jjjust moi, thanks, is (Flight Aware) a publication?

I don’t really know the answer to either of those sorry!
I wouldn’t think there’s any passenger-carrying 707’s left as they use too much fuel and are very noisy.
The passenger miles thing ….. again not sure but it would depend on how you measure it; I mean if you look at the total number of passengers shifted then I reckon it’d be hard to beat the 747, and they also fly a hell of a lot further than the DC-3 ever could.
Hey, Bill….ages ago I posted a story about how I used about you (my good friend in Oz) to sell a few Parrot video camera thingies at work. My boss was happy with me – for once.

I’ll nervously agree.
I think it would be the 737, just for sheer numbers of aircraft built and operated over nearly 50 years.

I told customers that “my good friend, who is a retired 747 pilot” has one and he loves it – women were impressed and bought them for their hubbies for xmas.
…evil chuckle…

Ah righto, now I know what you mean!
FWIW mine isn’t a Parrot drone, it’s made by a Chinese mob called DJI.

Just did some rough numbers …
Drone will do about 10 km before needing an hour-long recharge.
So to do the ~15,000 km to your place it’d take about nine weeks to get there.

Hey I’ll lash out and buy some more batteries, then swap them as they go flat, charging the others on the move.
That brings it down to only about two weeks.
