Does anyone here have a good method for dealing
with blisters on the soles of the foot?
Quickest way to get them to heal!
thanks

Hexarelin…
Baking soda paste. Or pop them and douse liberally with Dettol.
what does the paste actually do?

probably stings.
I’ve had blisters and just walked carefully for a few days.
Dries the blister without popping it so no risk of infection.

Retire to comfortable chair with a good brandy, and drink a salute to Henry Ford.

soak in salty water, dry and tell her to stay off her feet until they stop hurting, then walk around barefoot.. she’ll be right by Sunday.
Keep ‘em dry and clean once they’ve been popped.
Should be right by Sunday.
What age is she? What was the cause of the blisters?
If they’ve already popped, wear thick socks on Sunday :)

Skin under blisters heals very quickly.
Don’t put bandaids on blisters to reduce pressure and protect them. It doesn’t work, you are better off building a wall of bandaid around the blister which reduces pressure on it.

It’s rarely damaged at all. Blister form precisely to prevent deeper damage.

14, & her orthotics caused them today when she played basketball
The orthotics are new?
In that case, skip the Hexarelin…

That is what I was thinking.. My daughter had orthotics but they are a developmental thing.. if they don’t fit well with playing basketball either get some specially made for the basketball boots or.. go without for the game.

Frankly, if she can’t play with blisters and broken ankles and torn knees she’s got no future in Netball.
Netball has the highest injury rate, longest healing time, most long-term trouble etc etc of any sport.
