Rather ironic that computer controlled 3D printer technology is being used to create faded copies of b&w photographs from 70 years ago :)

Very interesting nonetheless.

actually, unless they ahd a point of ref, (eg they had vision then went blind) I guess it’s be hard to tell what a mountain is.. unless you showed them the mountain in the picture and then made them climb one.. that’d give some reference…

still, I imagine that soon we’ll be making our own body parts.. like bones (esp. hips) to replace worn out ones.. structured in the same way… skin would be a good one.. I wonder when we’ll be able to print skin…
