Sometime earlier this week a cargo ship passed through the Northwest Passage into Baffin Bay, along Greenland’s southwestern coast, making it the first bulk carrier ever to make the voyage. This journey was completed by the Nordic Orion, a 225-meter, ice-strengthened vessel loaded with coal in Vancouver, British Columbia and headed for Finland.

Quite prophetic that it could do it due to the cargo it is carring.

no what you do is buy the refugees by introducing a refugee by back scheme where companies can buy refugees and thus earn refugee credits. these refugee points can then be on passed to Indonesia where they simply supply more refugees.

see, simple, that’s how you solve climate change

buying a refugee boat is the equivalent of 50 refugees and thus for simplicity all refugees should be quoted in terms of a fraction of 50

I can trade 50 refugees for a refugee boat on the open market for credits for example. a trader might say.. “i’ll see your refugee and raise you a boat “. the trading of refugees will thus bring down and make more competitive the trading on the open market

“While it’s cold, treacherous and unpredictable, the northern route holds enormous potential savings for international shippers.”

This AGW, while it has been rubbished by many, is clearly a massive boon to the economies of the miserable peoples of the far north.

OTOH, we’ve already got a year round navigable route all around the southern end, so…*shrug *
