This is Charley’s Pride. It’s only been potted a couple of months so I was amazed when I noticed it flowering this afternoon.

I am not sure if they are of the same family (I am guessing they are though)

But when we walk home from the train, we pass a plant with big body parts (can’t call them leaves) and it had a stunning display of flowers on them. kept forgetting to take my camera round and snap a pic off.

What are the leaves called?????? Are they called leaves or segments or what??
